e-Book and College Review Ratings

What good is a review systems if you don't rate what it is you are reviewing?  Quite a bit of this site is made up of reviews, so this page will help you to identify how to interpret our rating system, based on the number of starts we give something, and also what it is we are rating.  For example, e-Books are rated on overall value for the money, where schools are rated on a variety of things, including overall cost, quality of education, and such.

	A definite winner! Top value with nothing apparently wrong with the offering.
	Above average value, but maybe one thing wrong.
	Average value, but multiple things may be wrong or missing.
	Of marginal benefit, depending on your needs. Missing on wrong informattion.
	Forget it!  Run the other way!
These ratings are the opinion of the rater and should not be used as final say - remember, much of what we rate is based on observation and opinion, and not necessarily from having attended the school or used the e-Book to its fullest advantage.
